Randy Skarda's pet project weighs in at 23,230 pounds not counting the 18-wheeler it takes to tote it around. Skarda's pride and joy is his 1919 Fairbanks-Morse Type Y Vertical Oil Engine, originally used by Aldoph Thomas to power a rice well on his rice farm near Hazen, Arkansas. The engine was on display and running like a watch, though a bit noisier, at the 35th Annual Grand Prairie Rice Festival at Hazen, Arkansas.
