The second half of the Pine Bluff Downtown Special Events Organization July 5, 2014, put Lucious Spiller and his band on the big stage. Spiller and associates come with great credentials — they grabbed second place in the 2013 International Blues Challenge sponsored by the Blues Foundation. Lucious and his group delivered as promised with energetic instrumentation and sheer artistry, all of which added up to great entertainment on a balmy summer night in downtown Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
