lmost all pictures can benefit from some enhancement. Pictures shot under less than ideal lighting conditions always benefit from enhancement. In most enhancement manipulation, you are not creating a new picture, you are re-interpreting existing information, much like editing a story. Think of it as correcting visual grammar.
I shot the old filling station late in the evening after the sun had gone down when the colors were flat. Mess around with a few pixels and see what you get.
